I am writing to recognize the work that the Air Plenum crew did when they were on-site today. I have worked at the university for over 30 years in various capacities and, in that time, I have worked on a variety of projects with a large number of people. The experience working with your crew was an outstanding experience. From the time that the gentlemen stepped on-site on the Health Science Campus until the work was completed on the Main Campus, the focus, attention to detail, professionalism, and just plain hard work was apparent in everything they did. I can't speak highly enough about the work done here and would be happy to serve as a customer reference at anytime.

I must let you know about the tremendous job that Felix and his crew did last week and weekend. On short notice, he arranged to lead a crew to perform detail cleaning on our new 1B raised floor. This is an office floor not a computer room floor, and the panels are concrete-filled so they are heavy. Also, the area was dirty with a capital D due to weeks worth of construction dust. Felix with Chris and Vali worked nearly non-stop from the moment they arrived each day until they walked out exhausted. They never complained about anything and worked well around the other trades who were finishing some work on Thursday and Friday. I can't tell you how good a job they did. The difference was fantastic. The carpeting began installation today and without their commitment we wouldn't have been ready.

It was a pleasure to see you run your crew and how much you care about insuring the job is done correctly and with great care. I know the job will be done well when your company is engaged. Hands down the best I have seen in 20 years of data center management.

I wanted to be sure that you understand how much I appreciate Air Plenum and your people. Felix, Chris & Vali did a fantastic job over the weekend in our client server room. Each of them are highly professional, polite and hard working. Air Plenum is one of two contractors that perform work for our company that I completely trust. I look forward to working with you, Felix, Chris and Vali long into the future.
